This week we serviced 4 events! On Tuesday, we celebrated Rachel and Jim’s wedding at the Bedford Columns. The bride stood out in her beautiful bright red dress, while her bridesmaids wore the traditional white dresses. As guests took pictures we printed out an additional copy for them to put in her photobooth guest book. Guests also wrote their “Best Wishes” to the Bride and Groom next to their photo strip. It was an awesome keepsake for the newlyweds that allowed their guests to show their true personalities!
On Friday, we set up in the Vines Center for Liberty Men’s Basketball Home opener. The Men’s Basketball game was the final event of the night, following a volleyball and women’s basketball game. Saturday was our final home LU Football Game for the season. We were excited to be a part of the Game Day experience this year and look forward to partnering with them again next year.
Sunday, we were back at The Bedford Columns to service a Thanksgiving/Christmas Party for all Runk & Pratt employees. Runk & Pratt has several Senior Living Communities in the area as well as two Wedding/Event Venues. All employees were encouraged to bring along family members to the dinner party who were also able to use the photobooth.
Throughout the wide variety of events we serviced this weekend, we had two very special “Photobooth Assistants.” Nancy Sanders (Jesse and John Caleb’s mom) and Julie Craycraft (Jade’s mom) were in Lynchburg visiting from Texas and Ohio. They jumped right in and even braved the cold weather to help during the football game. It was a great opportunity to show both of our moms how our business operates and work together with them. We love our job and love having the opportunity to serve at events through the weekend. However, we also enjoyed the time spent with our families, (even if that meant choosing new background options for the booth).
